Morphology (Solo Exhibition)

Morphology is a body of work by Kelsey Ford that explores the unexpected parallels between humans and insects. Through nostalgic, collage-based imagery, Ford reimagines both species by blending their forms into hybrid beings—part human, part arthropod. By examining humans as specimens and imbuing insects with emotional depth, Morphology questions our assumptions about instinct, structure, and the romanticized human experience. The resulting works suggest a shared biological drive: to survive, support our communities, and continue the cycle of life.
